Meet Stephanie.
For those that are new here, hi! I'm Stephanie— a former tax attorney turned full-time lifestyle creator based in Connecticut with a love for fashion, hosting, travel, and finding ways to make everyday life feel a little more special.
When I originally created this space I was primarily sharing outfit inspo and travel guides, but over the years my little corner of the internet has grown into so much more. These days you'll find everything from themed parties and tablescapes to seasonal recipes, home inspiration, weekend getaways, and of course, plenty of fashion mixed in along the way. If it brings people together or adds a little extra joy and whimsy to an ordinary day, chances are I'm sharing it.
I started my platforms back in 2020 as a creative outlet and in 2022 I took the biggest leap of faith to pursue them full-time. Prior to that, I spent five years as an attorney in the corporate world. I never imagined walking away from a career that I had worked so incredibly hard for, but when you discover something that truly lights you up, it's hard to ignore.
Leaving law was one of the scariest and hardest decisions, but it was one I made with my entire heart behind. It's been an absolutely wild ride ever since and I am so thankful for where it has taken me to today. Every opportunity, every person I've met, and the community I've built here has reminded me why taking that leap was worth it.
Before settling back down in Connecticut, I was a bit of a gypsy. Between 2009 and 2018, I moved fifteen times (yes, fifteen!) between Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. I grew up in a small Connecticut town, spent six years in Rhode Island while attending Salve Regina University, then headed to Boston for law school at Suffolk before somehow finding my way back home in 2017.
These days, life looks a little less chaotic. I'm happily married to my best friend, and after buying our home together, I can proudly say I've had the same mailing address for over six years now... which, trust me, feels like a major accomplishment. We have two fur babies: Izzy, our Norwegian Forest Cat, and Harwich, our French Bulldog. These three are my whole world.
Whether you've been here since the beginning or you're just discovering my content, I'm so happy you found your way here. My hope is that you leave feeling inspired to get dressed up for no reason, invite friends over just because, book the weekend trip, or simply make an ordinary Tuesday feel worth celebrating.
